I have created a wide variety of custom meals that will help you reach your fitness and health goals. Only fresh, high quality ingredients are used. Meals are fully cooked, all you do is reheat or freeze them for later. They are perfectly portioned and ready to just grab and go.
Choose from many tasty styles of cooking such as Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and American. Paleo, keto, low-carb, vegetarian, and vegan options are also available. Food allergies, dietary restrictions, individual food preferences, and health goals are taken into consideration when planning your weekly menus.
Cost of service varies depending on the total time needed to prep and cook the food, kitchen clean up, plus cost of materials. Clients are welcome to assist the chef in the kitchen and by doing so, they tend to learn valuable meal prep skills and become more knowledgeable about nutrition. It is recommended that the client purchase the groceries prior to the day of meal prep and a complete grocery list will be sent once the menu has been confirmed. Bookings are scheduled in 3 hour blocks, however the meal prep process may take more or less time depending on how many meals the client chooses.
Meal prep service is currently offered in the following Northern Virginia areas: Ashburn, Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Great Falls, Herndon, Leesburg, Reston, South Riding, Sterling, and Tyson's Corner.
