If you have a crockpot, this is the perfect recipe! It’s unbelievably easy to make and after you put the ingredients in and turn it on, you just walk away and let it cook. You’ve got to try this!

- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Put strawberries, honey, and lemon juice in crockpot and cook for 3 hours on high.
- Stir in the chia seeds and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Jam will thicken from chia seeds. Remove from crockpot and let cool then transfer to mason jar and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
