Hi! I'm Claire, a nutrition and fitness coach.
I help men and women over 40 lose body fat, strengthen muscle and bones, and learn how to create healthier habits for life. I specialize in teaching how to prepare tasty and healthy meals to give your body what it needs to meet your health and fitness goals, without giving up your favorite foods. Together, we will create a nutrition and workout plan which fits your lifestyle.
Well where to begin on my review. I retired from the NYPD sad to say out of shape. On top of that I made a move to Pittsburgh adding more stress and unhealthy eating habits. Once I settled in I decided that for me and my family I needed to make a positive change. I found Claire by luck or a miracle. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about what program would work best for me. Her meal plan (food that I actually could eat and enjoy) and workout plan (not gonna lie but some of them kicked my butt) got me on the right track. We were in contact often enough where I didn’t feel any pressure but it felt like a positive coaching relationship. I started my journey at 220 lbs and was able to get down to about 185 (for me a perfect dad body). My wife was impressed and I felt so much better. Mentally and physically I felt the best I had in many years. I’d recommend Claire as a coach and mentor to anyone looking to make a healthy lifestyle change. Her program really works if you have even the slightest hint of motivation (at times I fell off the wagon and struggled) but she got me right back on track.
